Privacy Policy

My AI Patient (myaipatient.com) is operated by Fatih Cagatay Akyon, referred to as “we” below. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the service, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can get it deleted.

Data we collect

Google account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, display name, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your password, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.

Examination data. Each examination you complete stores the case, the patient persona, the language, the transcript of what you and the AI patient said, the diagnosis and treatment plan you submitted, and the rubric feedback and score you received.

Technical data. Our servers log the IP address, browser, and pages requested for each visit for up to 30 days for security and debugging. Your country, inferred from your IP address, is used once to pick a matching examination room and is stored only in a cookie in your browser.

How we use it

Your email address and name identify your account so you can return to your past examinations. Examination data is shown back to you on your dashboard and results pages and is used to generate your feedback. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell it.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account data is used only to create and identify your account. It is never transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service, never used for advertising, and never read by humans except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Who we share it with

To run a consultation, the transcript and the case description are sent to ElevenLabs, which provides the voice conversation, and to Google Gemini, which scores your consultation. Neither service receives your email address or name, and both process the data only to return a response to us. Page views are counted by Google Analytics with Google signals and ad personalization turned off. We share data with nobody else unless the law requires it.

Where it lives and how long

Account and examination data is stored on servers we operate in the European Union and kept until you delete your account. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Voice audio is processed in real time and is not stored by us.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and all of your examinations by emailing support@myaipatient.com from the address you signed in with. Deletion is completed within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We set a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days and two preference cookies for your region and examination room. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count page views. No advertising cookies are used.

Children

The service is intended for medical students and clinicians and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email.
